Description
Fry 2 Chopped Onions, 1 Garlic in to 50gm. Ghee till It turns to Pink. Add 3 Chhopped Tomato, 1tsp. Coriander powder, 1/2tsp. CHAUBEJEE PAV BHAJI MASALA, and salt according to need roost till a good smell.
Add 500 gms. Boiled vegetables, like Gaubiflower, Green Peas, Capsicum, Cabbage, Potato etc. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes stire and smash the veg. Mixture. Fry well and get ready. Adorn with Green Coriander leaves, butter and serve hot with buttered Pav.
