Description
Crane duty gear boxes are available in single, double, triple reduction, horizontal or vertical type.
Designed as per IS 4460-67 profile corrected as per IS 3756-65 and rated as per IS 3177-65. Teeth cutting is done in metric module system maintaining span. Heat treated internals can also be supplied.
Cylindrical/tapered/toothed output shaft with half gear coupling can be supplied.
Cane Unloader is designed as per IS 807-1963, IS 3177-1977 and IS 4137-1967 and incorporating I.S.M.A specifications.
The rope drums are fitted directly onto gear box output shaft with reinforced bearings doing away with open gearing.
The structure weldment are radiographically checked. All motions of the cranes are fited with electro-hydraulic thruster brakes. The transmission systems are provided with flexible gear couplings and self aligning bearings.
