Description :This System permits the construction of 2 Sliding shutter doors /windows. Single Roller Capacity 30 Kg shutter and Adjustable double Roller capacity 65 Kg shutter. This system allows smooth & effortless in movement & automatic & manual locks.
Raw Material :
Aluminium : Hindalco extruded aluminium sections - in Alloy 63400 and Temper -T6. Conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285
All rubber gaskets are weather resistance (-40° C to + 80° C) EPDM Gaskets.
Finishes:
Powder Coating : Various RAL Colours / Wood finish OR
Anodizing : Natural / Electrocolour Conforming to IS : 1868
Hardware : Coar / STAC / Laval / TPI / TOP/Alutec
Profile Size : Frame Depth 63 MM / 50 MM
Shutter Depth 26 MM / 66 MM
Glazing : This series allows the installation of a range of Insulated Glass for maximum 18 mm thickness Wc can customize in the same manner. The glass is assembled directly into the shutter frame without glass beads and specific U-shaped gaskets guarantee the air and water tightness
