Description
Model : EE-VNS
Vacuum, Nitrogen flushing and sealing machine is suitable for increasing the shelf-life of products such as Chips, Dry Fruits, Powder, Snack food, Rice, Cheese, Sweets etc.
- Any type of preformed laminated pouch (Three/ four side/ center seal/ Stand up/ Zipper etc) is used on this machine.
- Timer controlled all operations (Vacuum, Nitrogen and Sealing).
- Adjustable pouch support for different pouch lengths (up to 20").
- Pouch holding is in vertical position.
- Sealer length - 300 mm.
- Sealing type- male female linings in heat type two jaws.
- Pouch holding by silicon rubber to avoid wastage of Nitrogen.
- Compressed air 3-4 cfm at 6 kg. / Cm. Sq. is required to operate this machine.
- Power required - 220 VAC 50 Hz. Single phase, 3 kW max.
- Vacuum pump is included with the machine.
