Steel Fabrication

We offer large variety of steel and stainless steel fabrications, which is lightweight. Our fabrications manufactured using all the standard fabrication techniques, in some cases more severely than the more well-known carbon steels. While manufacturing the common austenitic grades, they were folded, bent, cold and hot forged, deep drawn, spun and roll formed. These operations require more force than for carbon steels due to their high strength and very high work hardening rate. A heavier machine may also be needed, and more allowance may need to be made for spring-back in these operations.
