We offer to clients, superior quility of Sperene HP Compounds. We modify the chemistry of base resins (PA, PC, ABS, PS, PBT) by innovative additive packages and fillers in order to engineer the high performance compound. Product families:
- PA 6 & PA 66 Compounds Excellent impact energy absorption, self lubricating, low friction, Excellent chemical resistance, Wide use temperature, good thermal properties, specific formulations for flame retardant grades.
- Polycarbonate Compounds High performance compounds based on pc as base specific additives and glass reinforcing agents. Excellent impact properties combined with strength, good thermal properties, creep resistance, specific formulations in compliance with ul ratings, good electrical insulating properties.
- PC/ABS Blends High toughness even at cold temperature, dimensional stability, good indoor color stability and resistance, easy processing & design freedom, can be electroplated specific formulation for flame retarding in compliance with ul ratings. These are widely used in automotive wheel cover, fan, shroud, mirror housings, computer housing, industrial parts, electrical connectors, mcb and cfl holder, fluid containers.
- PBT Compounds A wide range of PBT glass filler reinforced compounds without flame retarding feature offering high heat stability, excellent chemical resistance and low water absorption. HIPS Compounds High impact strength, low temperature flexibility, easy processing, injection molding, extrusion blow molding, design freedom, controlled breath ability.
