Sample Cut Off Machine

Sample Cut Off Machine is developed to enable quick cuts without heating the samples. This makes sure that the samples maintain their intrinsic metallurgical properties. Here, the sample such as the standard geometrical shaped sample, is clamped within a well adjusted rotating chuck by using an adopter. This process ensures free ejection of the sample that is cut. There is no hindrance in the operational process and the clamping is carried out in a pneumatic manner. The revolving cut-off wheel featured in the machine is fed horizontally against the rotating sample by using a swing & span technique. A dust collector and an air nozzle is affixed close to the cutting zone. This efficiently cools down the sample in the process of cutting. Further, the cut samples then enter the coolant tank by means of a chute and are then collected from the tank to conduct further analysis.
