Irregular Sample Slicing

We offer Irregular Sample Slicing, which is an enhanced version of the previously used models. This machine is best suited for use in production sites as well as commercial labs. The samples have irregular shapes and are difficult to hold within a vice. However, using this model they can be clamped conveniently into the T-shots placed on a rigid platform. As the platform is confined to slide only in the XY direction by using hand wheels, the operation in any application is much simpler. This machine also consists of a vice that is meant to clamp regular and small shaped samples. Further, when the rotating cutter is intermittently placed in the machine by using a well designed swing & spin mechanism. This action facilitates for constant cutting and positive pressure all through the cutting component. Furthermore, the cutting chamber is completely covered and is water cooled to enhance its functionality.
