Description: Garlic is a bulb that grows 12-16 inches tall. Each bulb has somewhere around 5-15 cloves depending on the variety.

Common Uses: Garlic also has antibacterial and anti-hypertensive properties and is greatly favored as a flavoring ingredient in cookery worldwide.

History: Garlic was worshipped by the ancient Egyptians, chewed by Greek Olympian athletes and thought to be essential for keeping vampires at bay. The plant has been used over many centuries in different countries as a protection against evil.
Cautions: A few drops of the pure oil can fill a house with it's strong aroma. Use extremely well diluted.
