Recipe: Clean one full chicken of 800g. Mark slits on the whole chicken with a knife (two each on the breast and 5-6 on the legs). Whisk 4 tbsp. curd, add salt to taste, 1 tsp. of Catch Red Chilli Powder, 2 tbsp. of ginger-garlic paste and ½ tsp. each of Catch Garam Masala and Catch Chicken Masala and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Add chicken in the marinade and leave for 3 hours. Cut the Chicken into small pieces & fry them in oil/ghee till ¾th cooked. Heat 6 tbsp. of butter in a pan, add 4 tbsp. of onion paste, 1 tbsp. of ginger-garlic paste. Fry till light brown. Add 4 tsp. Catch Chicken Masala, 6 tbsp. of tomato puree and cook till masala leaves the butter. Add ½ cup water and bring to boil. Add the fried Chicken pieces in the masala. Simmer for 10 minutes, add ½ tsp. Kasoori Methi powder and ½ tsp. Catch Garam Masala. Finish with 4 tbsp. cream. Serve hot, topped with julienne of ginger and chopped coriander leaves. |
