Description
Aeration systems in modern activated sludge treatment plants providing nitrification and de nitrification must comply with high performance expectations. The air diffuser is the keystone of every aeration system. Low energy costs, little maintenance, longevity and operation flexibility are the most important requirements.
Membrane diffusers are installed in a grid layout mode covering the entire tank floor or as in-line configuration for cross or spiral
rotation of the tank contents. Installations is either fixed or
lift-out. Membrane material is EPDM (Ethylene / Propylene - rubber compound). Appropriate additions make the membranes highly resistant against wastewater, dissolvent, ozone, heat, weathering, aging and most chemicals.

- Sote 5.0-7.6 Kg O2/KwH as against 1.2-3 Kg O2/KwH in Fixed/Floating Aerator
